-Certificate of Authenticity.

Every painting is furnished  with Certificate of Authenticity constituted like of law 1062 of 25 January 1971 second which all the Authentic Works of Art commercialized in Italy must have one photo of the  painting with on the back the Declaration of Authenticity of the artist.

-Treatment of Personal Information.

The purchase on mariapiadelledonnewatercolors included implicit acceptance to the treatment of Personal information that  will be treated in compliance with Italian Law Dlgs. n. 196/2003 wich regulate the treatment of personal information.Such information will be archived and used in digital form or on hard copy for the exclusive purpose of completing the contract of sale,the delivery of the art-work,fiscal obligations and eventual information about the activities of the artist.For the foreign purchases is applied exclusively the italian law.The information will only be divulged to the companies involved in carrying out the above services.At any time,customers may ask to examine,alter or remove their personal information from our archive by sending an e-mail to:

-Right of Withdrawal.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to withdraw within 10(ten) working days from the date of receipt of the work or works in question,like established from D.L - gvo 22 May 2000 n.185,previous advice (and motivations please) within above-mentioned time with an email  comunication.The price of the painting will be reimbursed,(accessory expenses like forwarding,assurance etc,obviously,excluded).The painting must be given back, to the address that will be communicated,in the same conditions of initial forwarding with original racing accurately reassembled and all its documentation.For the foreign purchases is applied exclusively the italian law.
On reception of the painting you will be immediately reimbursed on base of the accords taken by e-mail.

-Shipping politics.

The forwarding is executed within 3 working days from the reception of payment.
In urgency case,if we will have the possibility,we try to shorten the above mentioned times.In any case the 3 days are generally demands only when it is necessary the customs documentation.
I use,only,sicur systems and they permit on -line or through call-center tracing every moment the real route of the forwarding.
After the forwarding we send one mail to you of "Confirmation of the forwarding" that includes the number necessary to check and to trace the forwarding on-line.In case of whichever inconvenience,please,you contact me immediately,I will intervene for resolve the situation more quickly and favourably possible.The international forwarding costs do not include,obviously,the import duty eventually demands from the country of destination to the addressee.

-Details of sale and packing.

The payment of the painting must be made within 3 days from your decision to buy,differently,the sale will be,yet,available.In case,however,there are problems that impede you the respect of the established times,if you will contact me by e-mail,I will extend,gladly,the time.
The work of art is furnished ready for being frame,wheter in the case that the painting is stretched on passe-partout of special artistic white paper or wooden mount,it will be sufficent to select the frame more adapted for your personal exigences and of furnishings turning to the frame seller,(for ulterior details you see the link "Materials used").Glass,passe-partout of wood and frame are not furnished,they come left to your personal choise.The purchase price is always Comprehensive of Iva,Packing Expenses and Materials,(wooden mount or special artistic white paper),are excluded the shipping cost,of assurance (if you want this option),and possible customs costs.The packing is very careful,Mrs Gianna,my secretary,is a extremely punctilious and careful person and you can be sure that your painting will be protected Perfectly in whichever adverse condition,also of climatic type.
I am always happy to combine more forwardings,so you can save on the shipping costs,therfore in the case you buy more than a painting,you can be sure that we will manifacture a protecting packing to the maximun for all paintings with one and so cheap forwarding.

-Materials.

The materials,that the painter uses,are all top quality,bouth the support and colors.They are made from renowed firm,(Fabriano,Lukas),and this is an unquestionable guarantee.The photos of the paintings,in the website,are made with professional camera and the colors result identic to the colors of the paintings,as I have personally verified.Eventual,light  discrepancies of the colours can have had to the type of the monitor and to its personal regulation and it can be corrected considering that in my personal regulation I do not use colors excessively marked,that stray,in every case,from the reality.

Shipping with Express courier(Paccocelere 3)   -cost  9,10 euro (€)

It is a shipping system that permit through the service on-line "Dovequando" to have all the information regard the spedition,or else is possible to phone to free number 803.160 (from Monday to Saturday 8 a.m.-8 p.m.)
After the forwarding I will send you one e-mail of "Confirmation of the forwarding" with the code necessary for to have on-line the location of the route of the parcel.
"Express courier" comes delivered within 3 working days beyond that one of acceptance,week-end and festivity excluded.Since the forwardings made the Saturday are started the successive Monday,I will make them the same Monday.
It is moreover possible to ask the delivery of the forwarding to the post-office box.

Shipping with registered mail  - cost  : it depends from the weight,is however a forwarding much economic that I use for the paintings of very small dimensions that are right for the established limits size.Indicatively the cost goes from a minimum of 3,45 euro to the maximum of 6,00 euro for Europe and a minimum of 3,65 euro to the maximum of 8,30 euro for the rest of the world,on the base of the total weight of the painting ready for the frame more the packing.This type of shipping is,moreover,controlled from the system "Dovequando",the code,for use it,will be sent you with the "Confirmation of the forwarding".

The delivery is made from Monday to Friday on all national territory within 1 working day after that of forwarding.In very many localities the delivery is made Saturday,also,(you see the list on www.poste.it).The service is complete of the option "Dovequando".

Cost : it derives from the weight and the destination.On the base of the dates that you will give me,(destination),I will give the cost.

Quick Pack Europe:

The way to send parcels  to:
Austria,Belgium,Denmark,Finland,France,Germany,Ireland,Luxemburg,the Netherlands,Norway,Portugal,Spain,Sweden,Switzerland and UK.
Average delivery times:
3 working days after the day of posting
Norway and Portugal 3/ 5 days after the day of posting.
In Switzerland and Norway the times may vary to cause the local customs formalities regard the Quick Pack Europe in this states.
